Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program:

PCNS believes that it is crucial to engage young leaders in policy-making and in shaping narratives, which is why when it comes to its Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) it supports intergenerational dialogue between senior officials, experts, and potential change-makers.

Two days prior to the Atlantic Dialogues conference, PCNS hosts the ADEL program, PCNS’s flagship program for young professionals. An average of 30 to 50 aspiring leaders from the Atlantic basin and Africa participate in this program each year. Those who are rising to leadership positions have demonstrated leadership capabilities and have a strong commitment to social and economic issues in their communities and around the world. The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program will enroll 30 young professionals in 2022.
