The Erasmus Mundus scholarship is fully funded with all the expenses paid.
The Erasmus Mundus Scholarship's budget of around €14.7 billion would be responsible to hold the expenses of over 4 million European minds. And not just Europeans, people from all over the world—individuals and organizations—can apply for the funded program. However, the eligibility criteria depend from country to country and program to program.
Although individuals can apply by themselves for the program, it is easy if they apply through an organization that is taking part in the program. If the candidate gets listed in the final results, they will be available to study in any of the partner universities—of the partner country. Partner countries are those countries that have supported the Erasmus Mundus program and are welcoming to admit a foreign scholarship recipient.
The Erasmus Mundus scholarship program only allows the student to stay for a duration equivalent to one European academic cycle. Your study period abroad can minimally be of 3 months, and go as long as 12 months—within one academic cycle.
Cycle refers to the degree level—the first cycle is bachelor’s degree, the second is master's, and so the third is a doctorate. For complex courses such as medicine or architecture, you can stay as long as 24 months for one cycle.

There is no definite application process for the Erasmus Mundus 2022 Scholarships. The process and its eligibility and validity vary from country to country, individual to individual, and organization to organization. However, the prospective candidates are told to contact their academic institution, organization, or educational establishment to apply.

For the application, no work experience is required. A person should at least be of 16 years of age—with no maximum age restrictions—and must be eligible to enroll in at least a bachelor’s degree.
Once you learn your admission process and fill out the form, you will need to provide a bunch of relevant documents and probably a few application fees. After that, you would only have to wait for results.
