- If you are eligible for the scholarship, you will be requested to provide additional documents by e-mail: two expert reports from university lecturers, as well as information about your previous training and your socio-political commitment. First-year students (not master's students) submit two reports from former teachers in their first semester. Upon our request, you have three weeks to upload the documents.

Benefits Of Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship
First of all, This scholarship program will provide to successful applicants:
- International students receive a monthly base amount of EUR 830 in a Bachelor's, Diploma, Magister's or State Examination programme;
- EUR 850 in the Master's course;
- In addition, the cost of health insurance is funded;
- Scholars who have children receive a family allowance of 276 Euros.
- Scholarship does not have to be paid.

- In this Foundation Scholarship, Excellent school or academic qualification (where required: first class proof of academic achievement)
- Social and political participation and commitment to the values of social democracy
- Responsible, motivated, reliable individuals looking to join the Foundation's network
- Adequate knowledge of German, although courses are conducted in English. This means 'Deutsche Sprachprufung für den Hochschuljugang' of at least DSH level 2, 'Test Deutsche als Fremdsprache' of at least level 4 or 'Certificate C1' by the Goethe Institute.
