Through the Pakistan HEC scholarship program, you have the opportunity to travel abroad to Turkey.
A scholarship program called HEC Pakistan Scholarship Program at Koç University was launched in 2013. Scholarships are offered jointly by Koç University and the Higher Education Council of Pakistan.
Turkey Scholarships are available only for Pakistani students, including both male and female students. Koç University offers full scholarships to high-achieving students pursuing their MS, which leads to a Ph.D., or a Ph.D. at any of its research graduate programs.

Scholarships are available at Koç University through the HEC Pakistan Scholarship program cover following benefits.
HEC scholarships include 100% tuition coverage for all 30 Ph.D. programs at Koç University; dormitory accommodation; a monthly living allowance of 900 USD; and other benefits (flights, book allowances, etc.) depending on the scholarship type.

Students must apply to Koç University for admission to their Ph.D. program of interest using the university's online graduate application, submit all required documents by the university's deadline, and apply to the HEC scholarship program through the HEC website.
