Now, discuss the Humphrey Fellowship Program 2023, The U.S. Embassy in Croatia is pleased to announce the competition for the 2023-2024 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.

This annual program is a part of the Fulbright Exchange for accomplished mid-career professionals with demonstrated leadership potential for non-degree graduate-level study in the United States, leadership development, and genuine professional collaboration with American counterparts.

By providing future leaders and policymakers with exposure to American society, culture, and professional fields, the program provides a foundation for lasting, productive relationships between Americans and their professional counterparts abroad.

Requirements

• Croatian citizenship.
• Proof of employment in the Republic of Croatia (full-time or by contract).
• Five years of full-time professional experience in a relevant field.
• University degree (4-year bachelor's degree is required) or Bologna master's level degree (5 years of study).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
