In 2012, the Association of Municipalities launched an International Internship Program in Turkey directed at training local government officials in Turkey through classroom lectures, practical examples, and field visits, including trips to a variety of cities around Turkey.

In addition to providing an international training environment, International Internship Program in Turkey gives a wide range of participants from all over the world the opportunity to socialize, learn, and observe good practices along with examples from around the world.

About International Internship Program in Turkey

The program will continue to provide training, field trips, and social and cultural programs for future local leaders. A positive local governance experience will be provided to young participants by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey.

The whole cost of the International Internship Program in Turkey 2023 is covered by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey. No IELTS or any test is required for this Internship Program.
