Eligibility Criteria for IST BRIDGE Fellowship in Austria:

1. There will be no limitations on the types of research in IST Austria (Check All details here).
2. Ph.D. status is required (at the time of the deadline) and the applicants must anticipate completing their Ph.D. during the fellowship period (within 7 months after the date of the deadline - details can be found in the guide for applicants).
3. Diplomas and proofs of defense are required for obtaining fellowship contracts.
4. In the 36 months immediately prior to the application deadline, applicants cannot have lived in Austria or engaged in their main activity (work, studies, etc.) for more than 12 months.
5. No applications will be accepted from researchers who are already employed at IST Austria.

3. Aspirants selected for remote interviews will undergo scrutiny after reviewing their applications. The interview will likely take place between 4 and 7 weeks after the deadline for applications.
