This SIIT fully funded Scholarship program is for best students from renowned universities of foreign countries to study Masters and Ph.D. programs at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) in Thailand. SIIT Scholarship Program in Thailand will provide all the cost including visa fee, tuition fee, living stipends, round trip airfare tickets, health and accident insurance.

SIIT Scholarship Program:

Fully funded Scholarship 2019 funds are accessible to the students that are selected by Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). The scholarship program is for
every student who wants fully funded scholarships.

Location and Duration:

This program is held in Thailand

For Master’s, its duration is 3 years.
For a Doctoral degree, its duration is 2 years.


This program covers all the expenses including:

  • Visa fee & Travel expenses
  • Educational support fees
  • Health insurance
  • Living allowances of 10,000 baht per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Students from Asian countries who do not hold Thai nationality (for both undergraduates and graduate programs).
  • There must be no other SIIT continuing scholarships granted to a selected student (for
  • Two strong recommendation, at least one from the academic institute (for graduate programs)
  • Good conducting and convincing power (for graduate programs).
  • Master: CGPA required – at least 2.75.
  • Ph.D.: CGPA required – at least 3.50.
