You need to fill an online application form available after your enrollment in your chosen course on the official website. Along with this you need to submit a two part essay of 300 words each. The first part being describe how your previous experiences and achievements will help you achieve success here.
And then describe how your program of study will enable you to develop a greater understanding of your subject and how that can positively contribute to your home country.
