In the United States, youth have the opportunity to apply for fully funded leadership programs. It is an amazing exchange program that will strengthen relations between Jordan and the United States. It is essential for young people who have the desire to give back to their communities to take part in this program.

The UJLEP (U.S.-Jordan Leadership Exchange Program) is a three-year program that is designed to develop a new generation of Jordanian leaders who are collaborative, creative, and values-driven. USA Leadership program aims to support the success and growth of Jordanian businesses and civil society while strengthening ties between Jordan and the United States.

UJLEP fellows will practice their new leadership skills and technical skills through follow-up projects after returning from the U.S., which will benefit Jordanian communities. After returning from the United States, UJLEP Alumni will be part of a sustainable Alumni Network that will provide the support infrastructure for their continued development as leaders.

The aim of the educational program is to develop skills necessary for collaboration and interdisciplinarity, creative problem-solving and innovation, as well as equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria for US-Jordan Exchange Programs:

• It is open to Jordanian citizens and residents.
• A person should be between the ages of 21 and 35.
• Having worked in any of the disciplines listed below for at least one year.
• Dedicated to the implementation of community-based projects.
• It is necessary that you are proficient in both speaking and writing English.
