The following is a list of universities where you can study without an ILETS certificate.
The University of Winnipeg does not require IELTS certification credentials. However, Proof of Proficiency in the English language is a mandatory requirement.
You Must Study Here in Order to Submit Your English Language Proficiency Certificate. Ideally, you should mention that you went to an English-speaking university.
You must have completed a course in academic English in order to enroll in the graduate business program at Concordia University. However, every student's condition varies.
Neither IELTS nor TOEFL are required. Once students arrive at their campus, their website states they will assess their writing and speaking abilities.
In many cases, getting a job requires the IELTS, but it is not a requirement. The Brock Intensive English Language Program, in addition to the IELTS, will also be accepted if you take the TOEFL.
The International Baccalaureate in English may also qualify you for admission.
The University of Saskatchewan is increasingly attracting international students. Alternatively, TOEFL (86 overall, plus 19 in each of the six categories) can be used as an alternative.
