• Applicants must be Egyptian nationals residing in Egypt (no preference will be given to dual nationals).
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study from a well-known academic institution is required.
• Work experience in the development field of at least two years.
• The MDP academic program requires you to meet certain entry requirements.
• Have a strong academic and professional track record.
• Academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and social behavior are all considered in awarding scholarships, along with financial need.
• Applicants at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs should have a strong liberal arts education background and excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• It is recommended that you have prior coursework in mathematics, statistics, and economics.
• It is necessary to be proficient in English. IELTS 7, minimum 7 on each section, or 100 (TOEFL, internet-based, minimum 22 on each section).
