Fully funded Scholarship in the Netherlands 2023
The Netherlands government is giving free opportunities to study there. This fully funded scholarship program is named the Orange Knowledge Program and aims to gather intellectual students from around the world to enable development. It is open for short courses on urban management or development and master's degree programs.
The Orange Knowledge Program (OKP) Scholarships in the Netherlands provide a unique opportunity for individuals from developing countries to enhance their skills and knowledge in a variety of fields. The scholarships cover tuition fees, accommodation, and travel expenses for selected participants to receive high-quality training and education in the Netherlands. The objective of the program is to promote sustainable development and strengthen capacity in least-developed and low- to medium-developing countries.

First, you will find a course or program that is eligible under the OKP Program 2023. Find eligible courses in the study program database It shows OK programs as well as Dutch universities. Then ask the employer if they are willing to nominate you for the OKP Scholarship. You should prepare your application and related documents. Then, Submit your online application through the Dutch institution offering the course.
There are two application deadlines, the first round of applications for courses starting between 24 July 2023 and 31 January 2024 is 30 March 2023. The deadline for the second round is 5 September 2023 for courses starting between 1 February 2024.Â
