Jaago Foundation Scholarship 2023

Here we talk about Jaago Foundation Scholarship 2023, Education, a symbol of enlightenment, knows no gender boundaries, yet millions of women have to fight for their educational rights every day. We believe that investing in women's education is the key to their fundamental rights, increasing literacy rates, eliminating human trafficking, political representation of women, equality in society, and poverty reduction.

With an aim to help create a more equitable tomorrow, the JAAGO Foundation, in association with U-Go, brings the JAAGO Women's Scholarship, an initiative to aid in uninterrupted education for meritorious underprivileged female students.

This scholarship will be given to 160 female students of a public university who come from marginalized communities. Selected candidates will receive up to 2 lakh BDT during their four-year university journey.

Eligible For Jaago Foundation Scholarship 2023

  • Female students aged 18 to 23.
  • Candidates with strong academic records in SSC and HSC examinations.
  • 1st year/1st semester (Session: 2022-23) female students of a public university in Bangladesh.
  • Students who have not received any scholarship from any other source.

How to Apply?

  • After opening the home page, scroll down.
  • Now you will get the option to apply.
  • After opening the application form, fill it out.

Requirements for a Successful JAAGO Women Scholarship Application

1. Completed Scholarship Application Form Check all sections of the application form carefully and fill them correctly.

2. Copy of NID/Birth Certificate Don't forget to attach your valid national ID or birth certificate.

3. Copies of certificates (SSC/Enrollment/equivalent degree). Enclosed certificate from my SSC/Dikhil/equivalent degree. This document must bear the official signature and seal of your school or faculty.

4. Copies of certificates (HSC/Alim/Equivalent degree) Attach certificate from HSC/Alim/equivalent degree. This document must bear the official signature and seal of your school or faculty.

5. Proof of University Admission Attach any proof of your university admission to confirm that you are enrolled in the first year at a public university.

6. Academic reference letter Academic reference letters should only come from one of your teachers/lecturers. This letter gives the scholarship provider more information about your qualities, skills, and intellectual ability and it can also reflect your desire or motivation for the scholarship.

7. Income documents of your parents Your parent's financial information is required to apply for the scholarship. If service holder, details of latest salary and other benefits/salary slip/Chairman or Ward Councilor certificate of the employer.

8. Passport size photograph Please ensure that you have uploaded your correct photograph while filling out the online application. The Scholarship Committee will reject any application if any inappropriate photo is uploaded.
