List of JNU Scholarships:

Merit-cum-Means Scholarships:

For worthy students with a family income not exceeding Rs. 2,50,000.

Ford Foundation Scholarships:

Rs. 700/- per month for M.A. students in the School of International Studies, based on merit.

Prof. Ramesha Rao Scholarship and Travel Grant:

Rs. 3,000/- per month for ten months and a travel grant of Rs. 30,000/- for M.Phil/Ph.D. students in Cancer Biology.

Tendulkar Scholarship:

Rs. 400/- per month for two students from different Centres of the School of Social Sciences.

Prof. Nurul Hasan Scholarship:

Two scholarships of Rs. 1,500/- p.m. for one year for the highest CGPA students in the second year of M.A./M.Sc./MCA.

Jawahar Bhawan Trust Scholarship:

Rs. 1,000/-p.m. for 10 students for one year, renewable based on CGPA.

Prof. MJK Thavaraj MCM Scholarship:

Rs. 300/- per month for M.A. (Economics) first-year students.

Prof. Gouri Shankar Singhal Merit Scholarship:

Two M.A. students in Sanskrit Studies were awarded based on achievements in the first semester.
