If you are a civil society leader or working for a more gender-equal world, this opportunity is for you. SI Leadership Program in Sweden for advocates of gender equality who want to explore new ideas about gender equality by being a leader who develops advocacy skills and shares this knowledge with a network having inspirational peers.

Participants in this year's program will be drawn from organizations and countries working towards reaching Sustainable Development Goal 16 (just, peaceful, and inclusive societies).

Participants from three Regions will Participate in two Programs

• Over 60 participants from the Middle East, South Africa, and South Asia attended.
• as well as 30 from Eastern Europe

SI Leader Lab in Sweden will bring 90 inspirational civil society leaders who will increase their role to make a better gender-equal world.

About SI Leader Lab in Sweden

SI Leadership Program in Sweden is for strengthening leaders who want to work for gender equality. It's also an opportunity to work as a leader, exchange ideas, meet new people and have new experiences by making a connection and bringing innovations. It is a learning program over five months including online meetings with two different assemblies in Sweden.

The training is found based on experience which would allow you to explore new challenges and examples of development for your organization in an inspiring and supportive environment. It would grow you as a person with confidence skills and with new perspectives.

Eligibility Criteria of SI Leader Lab in Sweden

1. Having a leading position (official/unofficial) in a civil society organization or network working for gender equality.
2. Working in a setting where you have a leadership role (formal/informal).
3. Age: Between 22 to 45 years.
4. Proficient in English writing and speaking.
5. Available during the whole program.
6. Physiologically balanced.

Eligible Region

A citizen of Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Moldova, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine or Yemen.

Application Procedure for SI Leader Lab in Sweden
