Selection Process:

The selection process of the TU Berlin University Summer Scholarship will be carried out by the Scholarship Commission of the TU Berlin University.

Registration:

The registration of summer exchange program in Germany is online and you have to pay the registration fee of 60€. This registration fee will be refunded to the students who are unsuccessful.

Eligibility Criteria of TU Berlin University Summer Scholarship:

• You must be currently studying and enrolled as a student.
• You must reside outside of Germany.
• There are certain TU Requirements that must be met before you can attend the TU Berlin Summer University.

Documents Required:

To apply for a scholarship, please include the following documents and combine them into 1 PDF:

• Motivation letter (approcimately1-2 pages): Write SOP for scholarships.
• CV (max 2-pages).
• Transcript of record.
• Recommendation letter from one of your professors.
• English Proficient Letter

Choose the course that you wish to attend when you register through our online Registration Portal for the TU Berlin Summer University.

Please send an email with your application as 1 PDF attached including the 4 documents (Transcript, CV, Motivation Letter, and Recommendation Letter).

• The email size should not be more than 5 megabytes.
• Please name your application according to the following example: YOUR LAST NAME_YOUR FIRST NAME_Scholarship.pdf  (i.e: Kumar_Dheeraj_Scholarship.pdf)
• This will help us process your scholarship faster.
