International students who are exceptionally good and motivated are encouraged to apply for this Scholarship. The National Institute of Genetics (NIG) is a Japanese organization that is providing the NIG Summer Internship Program, a golden opportunity and Fully Funded Program, to everyone.

Eligibility Criteria for NIG Internship in Japan:

• Any nationality
• Currently in 3rd year of a four-year undergraduate program or 4th year of a 5-year undergraduate program or the 2nd year of a 3rd year undergraduate program
• In the 1st year of a 2 year masters program or 5th year of a 6 year program
• Students who are interested in enrolling in Ph.D. programs at NIG are encouraged to apply.

• Letter of motivation
• CV
• Scanned academic transcript
• Two recommendation letters from Professors and teachers.
